Under Construction – River House Taking Shape

We’ve recently done an update on the build progress of the riverside Pavilion in Oxfordshire. Just in time for the warmer months the skeleton of the roof, the posi-joists, has been installed.

While the building currently resembles a forest of steel and timber, the joists provide the flexibility for the roof levels to fluctuate. To reach the different roof levels a deck has been constructed.

When standing where the main entrance will be and looking through the future open plan living space it’s difficult not to lose yourself in the river view.
