
Junior Interior Designer
LOCATION: We operate a Hybrid working model enabling you to divide your time between home (minimum 2 days a week) and our Studio in Thame, Oxfordshire.

Job Scope:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to join our dynamic design team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of luxurious, bespoke interiors that reflect our commitment to timeless elegance and exceptional craftsmanship. Working under the guidance of senior designers, you will gain hands-on experience across all stages of the design process, from concept development to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Associate and senior interior designers to assist in the development of design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
- Source materials, furnishings, fixtures, and accessories that align with the project vision and budget.
- Produce drawings and 3D renderings using ArchiCAD and Twinmotion
- Support in the preparation of design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of design elements.
- Attend client meetings and site visits supporting senior designers.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a high-end residential design environment preferred.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Passion for luxury interiors, materials, and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
